I am in Toastmasters

Not sure how many of you know, but I am currently participating in Toastmasters. My public speaking skills are sub-par (probably a triple-bogey) and I want to work on how to effectively communicate. Toastmasters is a good, safe place to work on not only speaking skills, but how to effectively listen, evaluate, and conduct meetings. I have done three speeches so far and I will try to post them all.
